Tonight’s game appears to be fairly evenly matched on paper, as while the Devils forward group is much better and more experienced, the Bruins have better defenseman and a much better goalie. So, it should be a good game tonight sine neither team is loaded at all positions, but both have at least one position of strength. However, I’ve been mostly wrong so far this preseason as to how I think the games are going to go, as I’ll say one team should be blown out, but then the game comes around and it’s really close, and there have been times that the apparently weaker team has won. So, you may not want to take my word for it, because hockey’s weird and things rarely go as it appears they should. I guess we’ll just have to tune it and watch it all unfold, and hopefully it ends in a Bruins win, as that’s always more fun even though it means absolutely nothing since it’s still the preseason. My hope is to do a post game report later so I can continue getting used to writing them, and hopefully have it done earlier than I did the other night, so keep an eye out for that!
